The Gite in Marcilhac is a renovated cowshed built in traditional Quercy stone. It is located in the monument town of Marcilhac-sur-Cele in the beautiful Cele Valley. Marcilhac is on the secondary route to Santiago de Campostella. Situated in the Parc naturel regional des Causses du Quercy; an area of outstanding natural beauty, rich in history and architecture.

We had a really enjoyable stay at this lovely little house, it was exactly what we were looking for. The sleepy village is beautiful and we loved the restaurant as well as the river and surrounding countryside. We will definitely return, hopefully soon!

We loved the Gite and the beautiful village . It was one of our favourite places on our 6 week tour of SW France and we’d consider living here .
Really nice Gite well appointed and comfortable and nice private spot .
Lovely to meet Lillian and Gavin as well and buy some of their lovely pottery.

What a beautiful place this is . Really cosy Gite with a lovely enclosed private garden. The little village is adorable with the best Boulangerie we have been to . Lovely walks from door. We loved it so much we would consider living there in the village it’s just stunning .
